Raise your hands if you like this bag. These days, laptop bags can either go one way or the other - down the plain old boring or the must-have highway. Originally designed for special VIP package holders for Bon Jovi's Highway Tour, the Heart and Dagger Messenger bag proved so popular it's now been rolled out to those who couldn't afford the VIP status or make the tour.
You don't have to be a die-hard Bon Jovi fan to even consider spending your hard earned pennies on this laptop bag. And if your friends don't like it, tell em' 'it's my life and I do what I want'.

I know I'm always going on about Shana Logic products, but can you blame me? They're just so cute!
This 'Animal Friends' messenger bag, not only makes me smile, it's extremely practical too, with inside organisation including a transparent MP3 player pocket and a headphone hole. It costs $58.

I know a couple of people who would go absolutely doolally over this bag. It may not be the most fashion forward item you'll ever own, but its sleek simple lines, double seamed stitching and padded partitions will mean it will be a staple for years to come.
I like the contrast yellow piping and the little yellow dog is sweet. If you're a Radley fan, this is definitely the bag for you. £55 from John Lewis.

Omigod! I think I quite like this Hello Kitty laptop case. Sure, it doesn't scream 'business woman with important meetings', but there's no hint of 'I like lollipops and Just 17' either. It seems the brand is now catering to style-conscious twenty somethings, as I'd be quite happy to tote this around. £16.99 from Amazon.

When it comes to laptop bags, it seems we've seen them all. We've been impressed, we've been unimpressed, but sometimes we just want to hark back to a basic carry case that does the job.
So, going back to basics we go (don't worry, we didn't lower ourselves so far as to going for a black case, yeuch!) And while this might not be to everyone's tastes, I find the Port Designs pink laptop bag to fit the bill nicely. Pink, roomy, shock-absorbing foam padding, front pocket and a contrast leather handle and shoulder strap. The biggest tick however, has to be the price (£34) - you can't go wrong with that!

I love Pink Lining's baby bags. I love laptop bags. So how did I miss the fact that Pink Lining also make laptop bags? Beats me.
Thankfully, I've finally discovered them. As usual with Pink Lining, it was hard for me to pick just one bag, but I've gone for the 'Rose Plates' bag. £100 from Quirkybags.

Show your laptop some love. Treat it to something pretty and hopefully in return it'll stop freezing on you! These bags might be just the answer - they have been styled to fit around your lifestyle, hence why they look so damn good. As well as being a very nice range of handbags, they're not conspicuous laptop bags, so you're not going to look like The Girl Who's Just Come From a Meeting.
The range is made-up of mock-croc leather bags, earthly palettes and canvas panelling, giving a firm nod to safari chic which has been dominating the catwalks recently.
