Lanvin is the name on everyone's lips at the moment, as the brand gears up for its first ever high street diffusion range, coming to an H&M near you on 23rd November! We're all hugely excited at the prospect of affordable Lanvin here at the Bag Lady, so we thought we'd whet our appetites with something a little less so.
This opulent, crystal-embellished shoulder bag is Lanvin at its flamboyant best, and while we won't be expecting anything quite like this to be appearing on the high street any time soon, it's certainly getting us into the Lanvin spirit. We're expecting geometric, bold and striking with ultra-feminine embellishment though, and can't wait to see what materialises!

Mu Miu have done it again! Of all the bags we wish we could own, this beautiful studded leather bag by Miu Miu is way ahead of the competition. Chic, stylish and bold, it's the perfect accessory to complete your day-to-night city look, and will hold and cherish all your possessions in its touch, roomy exterior.
The surface of the bag has a crinkled texture to it that provides the perfect canvas for silver and gold-toned studs in various shapes and sized, just like hundreds and thousands sprinkled on a cake! een from the side, it's also decorated with a large, pretty bow (that's also stud-spangled). And on that note, I'm off to collect my Wednesday Lotto ticket. Fingers crossed!

See by Chloe are still one of the hottest accessory labels around, and this quirky clutch bag from their new autumn/winter 2010 collection is a great illustration of how they're still getting it right. At first glance it's a run-of-the mill squashy clutch, but on a closer inspection, the bag has all sorts of fun design features that all add up to a highly desirable item.
First there' the irregularly-coloured zip, with its gold, matte black and silver tones, then there's the patent panel with its deliciously crunchy leather, and then there's the super shiny fob with its minimalist 'Chloe' ident. For such a versatile and stylish designer item, we think it's on at a pretty good price, too...

Marc Jacobs autumn/winter 2010 catwalk styles are starting to make their way out into the wild, and the 'Greta' style is probably the strongest we've seen from the entire collection.
The styling here is just so elegant, ladylike and clean, with just a few compulsory 'fashion' trappings like the clip-on strap and trailing key fob, ensuring that this is a bag that will never get old. Most desirable of all is its beautiful pebbled surface, which is particularly gorgeous in the grey tone shown here.

It was never going to take long for Anya Hindmarch to embrace the handsfree style; the queen of organisation would no doubt wholeheartedly approve of an accessory that not only looks great; it lets you do all those other all-important tasks with your hands, too.
And with this neat and rather beautiful accessory, your hands could do whatever they wish: cake-baking, list-writing, child juggling - and it's packed with handy internal pockets, too.

The Roady is an all-time classic, but one that seems to be having a big resurgence in interest at the moment, thanks in part to its appearances on Gossip Girl; the place where all bags want to go when they grow up.
The iconic top-handled bag has had an autumn 2010 makeover, with plenty of colours to match the season's shades. Standing out strongest for us is this deer-skin version of the roady in a warm tan, that will look simply amazing worn with a sheepskin jacket and wedge boots.

Only Marc Jacobs could really get away with calling one of his own items 'Perfect', but we're not going to argue with him too much in the case of this cute leather flap bag. In fact, in the words of Mary Poppins, it could be said to be 'practically perfect in every way' with an emphasis on the practical: it's small and neat but made from rugged and strong materials with a roomy pouch for all the everyday essentials and more.
The name does, of course, actually refer to the fact that it's covered in diamond-shaped perforations, which give it a slightly casual sports-luxe look that could be worn during the day or at night.
