So, as part of the magazine's 25th anniversary celebrations, they're offering the opportunity of a lifetime to one retail worker with a passion for fashion. The six month project will work along the lines of an X-Factor style talent search, and the winner will get the chance to style a shoot for ELLE, an internship on the magazine and money-can't-buy mentoring from ELLE's team of fashion experts.
