Team GB superstar Jessica Ennis was one of the lucky few selected to sit in 'frow' at Mulberry's spring/summer 2013 catwalk presentation during London Fashion Week. The Olympic gold heptathlete carried a striking yellow Bayswater, which we can't help thinking would look great worn with her medal!
Ennis joined the likes of Kate Moss, Lana Del Rey, Alexa Chung and Gillian Anderson at the Clairdge's runway show where onlookers got the change to admire the new collection including a stunning incarnation of the Alexa, covered in embroidered flowers. But for Jess, it was all about the classic pieces, notably her Bayswater! Speaking of her favourite piece she said: "At the moment it's my Bayswater. I love this colour and it's just great to wear with a nice simple black dress - to bring a bit of colour to it."
Are you thinking what we're thinking? Surely a sports bag called the "Mulberry Jess" is already in production? Mulberry's luggage styles have taken on more of a sport luxe vibe in recent seasons, and we're sure they could adapt the iconic Mulberry look to create some super aspirational sporting gear?
