When we say we love skulls on our accessories, it sounds a bit morbid or creepy. But really, this is all Alexander McQueen's fault. And Kat&Bee's fault too. See, they've made skulls a desirable addition to bags and jewellery, either as a clasp in the case of McQueen or intertwined in jewellery as seen in Kat&Bees pieces.
Now New Look is jumping on the wagon with their Rose Skull Stud Earrings. The heart shaped eyes and floral hat upon the skulls give them a Day of The Dead feel (although a little earlier, the Mexican festival is celebrated at the start of November).
