Handbag
My handbag is a gorgeous blue bowling bag from 1960's. It is one of the larger bags in my collection so is ideal for stuffing with all my junk. It has a small zipped pocket at the front that I use to hold my small pieces and phone for easy access. Everything else gets chucked in the main compartment along with piles of screwed up receipts.
Purse
I bought this brown floral purse from Accessorize years ago and it has since been around the world with me 3 times. It has lasted incredibly well and I don't see any need to replace it. It has the perfect amount of sections for cards, notes, change and business cards. Plus it zips up quite neatly.
Phone
I have an old iphone 3. I could probably do with a newer model (especially for the camera!) but for now this useful device comes everywhere with me. I am especially fond of Instagram, but it is really useful to get online when I'm out and about.
Cereal Bar and Mints
I'm pretty sure I am not alone when I say I get pretty grumpy when I am hungry. So I always carry a cereal bar with me in case I'm stuck between meals. And these sugar-free mints from M&S are delicious.
Hair and Makeup
I found this hand Denman folding hairbrush recently which is invaluable for a girl like me with super long locks. I also love my Accessorize compact mirror which is an essential bag item along with Body Shop Blotting Papers, Bourjois Lipstick, hairgrips and Compeed (seriously, I'm always wearing inappropriate shoes and getting blisters).
Notebook
I always carry at least one notebook around with me. Sometimes more. I am a list-making fanatic with an overactive imagination. It is essential I get to write things down whenever I can. This moleskin is one of my favourites and I love to write in colour so will always have some Staedtler pens in my bag.
