One of the best bits of advice I've ever been given was about what to wear for a job interview. I was 16-years-old, and having a tantrum dilemma over what to wear. My mum told me you can never be too smart for an interview. Now, obviously this isn't a general rule (I think we can rule out farmers and builders in this case), but for most roles - wearing a suit or a smart outfit will win you far more points than turning up looking scruffy in jeans and a hoodie. It's shallow, but true. Don't you just hate it when mums are right?
This rule doesn't just apply to your suit. The accessories you choose are just as important, and the right bag can do the talking for you!
