For some, that might mean giving up pretty dresses, expensive meals or that steady nail varnish habit. For me? Well, you can probably guess what I'll be giving up for 28 days (although I'll still be writing about them all the time here!)
If you're taking part, you might want to treat yourself to a pretty little purse now so that you have something pretty to look at when you do have to buy things, even if it's just the milk and shampoo.
