You can have an awful lot of fun with clutch bags, since they are such tiny, decorative and fundamentally frivolous items. This season we've seen lots of clutches based around unusual shapes, including shells, eggs and animals - ultimately influenced by Judith Leiber's glittering menagerie and the Russian Doll bags by Chanel.
This one is a simple idea, based on a hexagonal perfume bottle, and available at a very tempting price at Monsoon. As with many of the store's accessories it's a good match for higher end pieces, made with metals with a lovely sheen. We'd definitely like to tuck this under our arms at a forthcoming party!
