This month you can do something marvellous for women everywhere when you pick up a new piece of luggage or other travel accessories from Tumi. The luxury luggage brand has launched a special pink collection in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month (that's October) with a very generous 20 per cent of each sale donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The limited edition collection includes a hard-shell, ultra lightweight carry-on case (£465), a smart pink leather iPad cover (£145) and a luxury luggage tag (£30). We love the fact that unlike some of the other garish pink accessories we feel we must tolerate in the name of charity, Tumi's range is made up in a tasteful powder pink with some really interesting design flourishes. We also think that pink is a superb choice for luggage items, since they are never going to get lost on the carousel!
