Kate Middleton seems to be vamping up her look a little as her Canadian trip progresses, and we were delighted to see that she'd chosen a striking red accessories combination for day two of her tour along with Prince William.
True to her roots, Kate turned out in a familiar outfit: the white Reiss dress she wore in her engagement photos, but she used her accessories know-how to transform the pre-worn ensemble into an entirely new look. The result is a resounding success: a stunning red and white outfit that is perfect for Canada day.
Kate's beautiful fascinator was designed by milliner Sylvia Fletcher at Lock & Co. The piece she picked out for Canada day - which itself resembles a maple leaf - is called the 'Mohito', and it's available to buy here for £285 in a range of colours. The red is absolutely perfect for Kate's look, though.
Kate's clutch bag was also something of a triumph: it's a cream and red straw fan clutch by Anya Hindmarch. This beautiful summer accessory is another relatively affordable piece for this everyday Duchess, and was recently on sale here for £175. However, it's now sold out everywhere, of course! Kate has proven herself to be a big Hindmarch fan on a number of occasions, including her meeting with the Obamas, when she carried a satin clutch by the British designer.
