Chanel have come through with a particularly strong collection of accessories for spring and summer at their recent shows, and we've got some of the best picks for you! The collection features daubs of bold colour (although the monochrome wins out overall) and abstract shapes on garments and accessories alike, alongside enchanting miniatures and scaled-down reworkings of the brand's most classic, recognisable styles. In true Karl Lagerfeld style, gloves featured heavily, with some beautifully embroidered cut-off styles that we think would suit a certain SATC girl by the name of Carrie Brandshaw...the cropped glove is likely to be huge this season, so either get saving for something as priceless as this, or whip out the scissors and get to work on last year's faux leather pair!
As well as producing some unusual pieces (such as a black book clutch decorated with delicate gold piping the brand bent towards overriding current trends a little more readily than usual, with examples of the 'bag on bag' style as seen on the Dolce & Gabbana and Mulberry runways, alongside many others.
