Remember in the 90s, when you used to wear a quilted puffa jacket with your rolled up school skirt and block heel pumps? That puffa jacket came to mind when I spotted this quilted shopping bag on The Outnet.
While the style might be more common on the burly bouncers of nightclubs these day, designer Coming Soon has decided it's clearly in need of a retro revamp.
