Alexander McQueen's legacy lives on

Fashion will never forget the talent that was Lee Alexander McQueen, and the designer's fall 2010 collection is a fitting tribute to his unique style. Every bit as harsh, challenging and striking as we've come to expect, the bags are a wonderful re-working of earlier styles.

The Bag Lady picked out these two items as standout pieces from the collection, and both go to prove how in the right hands, brown accessories can be every bit as exciting and edgy as in other shades! The ever popular hard box clutch, pictured left, looks great in this chestnut and ruby version, and we're loving the skull's new crown. The Mock-croc skull-embossed De-Manta tote, meanwhile, is pure class.

Even more exciting still are the new 'devil' editions of the skull box clutch. In these versions, the Swarovski skulls have grown horns, giving them an even more fierce and menacing look! Available in black or ivory/flesh, they're the ultimate spooky accessories. Both are coming soon on the website, and will be priced at £1,045.00
