Marni has unveiled a beautiful new handbag collection for spring/summer 2010 at its catwalk show at Milan Fashion Week.
Shown off against some really quite lust-worthy legwear (digging those stripes) the stars of the show included a handbag that looked amuzingly like an oversized purse. I love design concepts that play with our existing ideas of shape and scale, so was particularly impressed with this collection.
Punched-out detailing and clear gemstones added interest to a colour palate that's featured in all the accessory ranges I've seen on the catwalk this season, suggesting that peach shades, warm beiges and grass greens are going to be huge next spring.
