Gah, it's hot! The UK is currently basking in a much-deserved heatwave (after two very rubbish summers), and suddenly there's never been a better reason to not eat your sandwich at your computer and take a proper lunch break.
Apparently employers should be expecting a lot of "extended" lunch breaks and even an increased number of "sick days" this week, as we all head to our local park to soak up the sunshine. If you're planning on doing such a thing (and we promise we won't dob you in if you do), you'll probably be needing a bit of Factor 30 and a cute hat to stop you from burning your nose. A basic straw trilby will go a long way this summer and this one from Topshop (£18) is looking very good to me at the moment... To the park I go!
