The sun may be out today, but that doesn't mean that rain isn't close at hand. My morning radio station gleefully told me showers were due later today, which really messed up my plans of dusting off that sleek summer dress. My makeup has had a seasonal change (lighter eyes and nude lips) so I felt that I'd like to follow through in all areas- and that includes rain battling accessories.
If my wardrobe can't make the move to summer yet, at least I can make sure my umbrella looks suitably perky, and this gorgeous design from Joi is enough to lift my spirits. It's the attention to detail that I really like about this, the long slender handle with elongated arch, the two tone flock like print on the covering that comes in two colour-ways. The ultra cute tassels around the base finish it off fabulously, making it retro with a sleek modern edge.
OK, it may not be a beauty product, but it make me feel beautiful, so that counts right?
