She's pictured here carrying a box of something... we are guessing it's a cake or something equally nice for the bestie in question. What makes us think that? She's being followed by a camera crew for a reality show which revolves around these ladies...

Lo Bosworth, best friend and flatmate of The Hills star and Chanel fan Lauren Conrad (not pictured), obviously managed to put aside her differences with co-star Audrina Patridge (pictured here on the right) to team up and buy whatever it is they have bought from a restaurant in LA. Which is why our money is on the pair buying something nice for Lauren - why else would they go anywhere together?
Whoops, we got a bit distracted by all the Hills drama for a second and forgot we're supposed to be focusing on the pretty Chanel bag... it's very nice isn't it? Hmmm, but the drama is just so interesting - we wonder what kind of fights are going to go down this season...
