You might have heard the word "fringing" bandied about a lot lately... quite simply, that's because it's going to be a key look this summer. Fringed boots, fringed jackets, fringed skirts - it's all going to be big news, trust us. A fringed skirt may not float your boat and the fringed booties might scare you a little, but a fringed bag isn't at all frightening and is a good way to work the trend into your outfit without going overboard.
I do like this one from Warehouse (£70) because it is rather extreme - "allover fringe" is a bit of an understatement really. But with some light denim skinnies and a white vest top it would look really fresh and fun. Check out Topshop's Memphis lookbook for more inspiration.
