I'm not going to lie to you, octopuses (octopi?) kinda give me the creeps. The eight arms, the ink, the icky suction cups... not a fan. Yet I am fascinated with all the octopus jewellery that keeps cropping up in the fashion blogging world.
The latest to catch my eye is Sea of Shoes' Jane, whose Antonio Palladino ring is simply breathtaking. It might also cause a sharp intake of breath when you see the price ($1,090), but it is definitely the pick of the bunch. Next up we have Kenneth Jay Lane's take on this creature of the deep - the black Swarovski crystal studding detail is really quite glam. This one is £104 from My-Wardrobe. And lastly, we have an Etsy pick, as this designer (OctopusMe) has a range of different Octopus-inspired jewellery. My choice would be this Tentacle Ring ($185).
