It'll be 'charity handbags at dawn' in many of Britain's shopping centres tomorrow, as shoppers flock to get their hands on items from the limited edition (RED) range at Gap, which go on sale to commemorate World AIDS Day for the second year running.
Star of the show is the bag pictured above, which is made of Gap's signature red jersey fabric and been designed by Mulberry to replicate perfectly its supermodel-friendly 'Bayswater' design - which usually retails at £495. Perhaps even more impressive than the price is the amount that will actually go to the AIDS charities: a generous fifty per cent margin.
