Who else would wear such a unique bag other than M.I.A? She looked suitably M.I.A-like (ie. fab in her own inimitable way) in this mermaid dress with neon pink nails (and neon yellow toes which you can't see in this pic) as she attended the Museum of Modern Art's 40th Party in the Garden last week. LOVE!
