These Cats Cradle over the knee socks from Free People seem to me to be a good example of how just because something *can* be done doesn't mean it *should* be done.
I mean, not only do they look ugly, I can't imagine socks crocheted from cotton and nylon can possibly be comfortable to wear. Plus they're hand wash. Surely life is way, way too short to hand wash your socks, no?
