Crochet purse bag by Christensen and Sigersen

Quite an unusual bag, especially for this time of year. Looks a lot like a beach bag to me, or a bag that a child might keep their bath toys in. Net-a-Porter have put the bag with a black dress and knee high boots, I'm not sure that works very well. Maybe you could use a bag like this at a beach party if you're escaping to winter sun. I like the appliqué star detail. It's £75 from Net-a-porter.com. What do you think? Quite unusual or horrible?
