They aren't exactly mirror images of each other, but I can't help thinking of the Dior's rather unique Plisse (US$1990) whenever I look at UO's Deux Lux Pintuck hobo, no? The funny central fanning shape, radial pleating and extremely rounded hobo shape are quite similar between the two bags. There's one thing UO's version has over Dior's, however. When I took a gander at the Plisse hobos at the local Dior boutique, I was dissapointed to see the pleating crunch up when the bag is set down on the ground. Not cute! The main draw to the bag is the strangely straight radial pleating, and the effect is quite ruined when the leather sags and bunches. Not so for the UO version - which is PVC and thus only US$58. (When did PVC get so expensive?)
