Love Label's black patent frame bag at Additions Direct
If you love the look of all the black patent accessories that are around this season, but you don't want to spend a small fortune on the likes of the Miu Miu Coffer Laura wrote about earlier today, here's a slightly more affordable version from Additions Direct's Love Label. This bag is only £18, and although it doesn't have the slouchy style of the Coffer, I love the fact that it's a frame bag: the "solid" look of it shows off the patent leather to great effect, but the strap detailing breaks up what would otherwise be a solid, shiny expanse of fabric. A great way to get into the patent trend without spending a fortune, and it's one of those bags that will take you from day to night quite easily, being big enough for work but glam enough for an evening out.
