Lillebaby's 'EuroTote' from 2Modern - a baby bag (literally!)

I'm not sure why this particular 'bag' confuses me so much - perhaps the fact I don't have a baby has something to do with it! I have to admit to a fascination with baby bags, but surely actually putting your baby in it is a bit Paris Hilton?! This 'EuroTote' by Lillebaby (available at 2Modern) is US$120 and comes in a range of colours. With a winter or summer top to keep the baby warm or cool, it fits directly into most car seats and protects the baby's fragile neck and back. If you're a mum, what do you think?!

Hmmm... think i agree with hayley and pammy, im not a mummy but i work with children...

I dont like this idea, doesnt seem secure enough.. i know how easily my handbags falloff my shoulder... so erm...

Also, it cant be good for your back to carry all that weight on one side, i prefere the across the front ones, seem more secure...

Actually, this is a great carrier. It's not a "bag" but a way that people in Europe have been carrying the baby for years. And, once it's done as a carrier, I used it as a bunting bag, play blanket and stroller bag. It's fabulous...and actually has been safety-tested.

It looks dangerous. One wrong move and oops! A strap slip off your shoulder and down goes baby. The kinds that goes on like a backpack or across the body are much safer.

I do agree, it is a bit Paris Hilton. I don't think I'd agree with this, plus its quite a lot for a bag that couldn't be used for very long, you could probably only have the baby in there whilst it's newborn and then what use would you have for it?! I'd be too scared of being mugged as well!
