Loungefly's canvas bird shoulder bag at ASOS is gorgeous but certainly isn't cheap

I only own shoppers with the requirement that they do two very simple jobs. The first is that they carry my gym stuff (oh who I am kidding, I never go to the gym) and the second is that they carry files...etc that won't fit into my handbag. You can generally pick one up from Topshop or even Anya Hindmarch for around a fiver, so at £40, Loungefly's 'Bird' canvas bag isn't really tempting me too much. Having said that, it's made from canvas with a bird and anchor embroidered motif on the front and ribbon detail, and so is probably jazzier than your everyday high street version. What do you think?
