Kathy Van Zeeland is a designer who often tends to get overlooked, which is a shame when you see the kind of pretty, luxurious bags she's capable of making! Van Zeeland bags tend to have a bit of glamour to them, like this 'Basic Instinct' satchel, which mixes a simple design with soft metallic colours and stud detailing. This bag comes in six different colourways: I particularly like the "bone" colour I've shown on the right of the picture above, but it's amazing what a bit of floral print can do to totally change the feel of a handbag.
