Ladies, where do you stand on designer-inspired high street bargains? I know some of you would rather go without than get something that wasn't the real thing, but for those of you who aren't averse to picking up a cheap little accessory if the mood takes you, Topshop could be stocking just what you're after! Some of you may be familiar with the Giles for Mulberry patent clutch at Net-a-Porter which lovely Keris wrote about way back in May. £395 is by no means cheap, but £12 from Topshop for something looking rather similar, certainly is. Admittedly it's made from PVC rather than leather, features applique rather than actual gold stud detailing and is finished with zip fastening and a wrist strap, but what did you expect for just over a tenner? If you're tempted, take a look on the website or pop into your local store.
