These 14k gold disc Paige Sargisson earrings feature a cutout sillouette of a delicate hibiscous flower and a sturdy post back. As beautiful as they are, I'm a little baffled about how they hang from your ear. Doesn't the design force the earlobe into one of the petal areas, just under the post? Doesn't that force the disc to point forwards and appear as hoops? Wouldn't it make more sense for these discs to be dangling from a couple of links? Strange. Intriguing.
