ANN-ANN is a new label to The Bag Lady but one that we look set to keep an eye on in the future due to its lovely collection of bags. The label's designer, Ann Yasmin Chui, uses different materials such as matt hides and embossed anaconda(!) to create contrasting textures that add real originality to her collections. The bag featured on the left is the 'Mini Deco' from the 'Deco' range which takes the Art Deco movement as its inspiration. The bag on the right, the 'Pyramid', is my favourite and comes from the 'Overlap' range which uses overlapped panels with contrast stitching. I love the unusual shape!
