Earlier this week I was raving about Forever 21's striped hat and now I'm loving this $24 tote from Fred Flare. I'm thinking I could work them both into one of those holiday capsule wardrobes they always suggest in magazines but I never manage to pull together. Black, white, black and white plus some colourful accents ... I'm off to Catwalk Queen for inspiration.
