I keep reading that monochrome will be everywhere this season (again!), but it can be a difficult look to pull off if you don't want to end up being mistaken for a waitress/penguin/chess board (delete as appropriate). So why not invest in some monochrome accessories instead?
A lot of you will probably recognise the bag on the right as being one that Lily Cole is currently advertising for Accessorize. The bag is pretty roomy and costs a very reasonable £30. The bag on the left is from Oasis and also costs £30. Either bag would be a nice nod to the monochrome trend.
