Topshop are great at making cheap little clip purses like this, that are loads of fun but so cheap that if you get bored off them after a few months you don't have to feel guilty about buying yourself another one. I love the bright colours of this star-pattered purse, and at £5 it's a cheap n' cheerful way to splurge on an accessory when you don't have much money to splurge with.
