It seems the UK High Street is awash with charm necklaces at the moment, especially Dorothy Perkins, whose latest offering - the 'Acid Face' cluster necklace - is a little odd. The maniacal smiley seems to be aimed at the Acid House raver who finally grew up; while the star, dice and bag charms are cute. When you put them all together, I'm not so sure it works; however, at £8, you can afford to wear it a few times (if your friends aren't too freaked out by the crazy smiley) and then retire it to the bottom of your jewellery pile.
