Jimmy Choo Takes Marks & Spencer To Court Over Copyright Infringement

Choo_9

Incase you haven't been reading our sister blog Catwalk Queen recently (shame on you!), have a gander at something one of our writers, Isabelle, recently blogged about - apparently Marks & Spencer are being taken to court by Jimmy Choo, over the suspiciously similar black silk bag (left) which they've been flogging recently. As you can see, it's a fairly good homage to Choo's 'Cosmo' bag (right), so good, in fact, that Jimmy Choo are repeating the same action they took with New Look earlier this year. So, did anyone manage to get their paws on one of M&S's bags, before they pulled them all from the shelves?

Both bags you have pictured are Jimmy Choo. The Marks and Spencer bag does not have buckles on the strap. The M&S bag was on a 3 for 2 promotion. I bought 2 black ones and a fuscia one for £19. I intended to give them as Christmas presents, but I kept them, I'm considering selling them on ebay now!!
