Georg Jensen 'Centenary' and 'Fusion' Rings

I can't believe I've been the editor of The Bag Lady for 3 months now but haven't even shown you my favourite pieces of jewellery! Ok, so I don't own them yet (with prices starting at £1000 they certainly aren't affordable), but one day, the beautiful white gold solitaire 'Centenary' engagement ring on the left will be mine, and the diamond 'Fusion' three-piece on the right will be my wedding ring. I know it's not common to have diamonds on your wedding ring as well as your engagement ring, but, well, a girl's got to have some bling! Now, I just have to meet Mr. Right first...

  • Ooh Louise, I'm not sure what to do there. Normally I'd say take it to a jeweller, but as you've already done that, I'm not sure what to do. Perhaps try taking it to a different jeweller, they might be willing to try some different method of putting it back in...?

I love your taste in jewellery but it makes me sad. I have a ring like the one on the left. Its yellow gold and I bought it in Turkey. It is always commented on as being something different from the normal high street rings. However, the stone in my ring fell out (luckily its not a real diamond) and even though I have the original stone the jewellers have advised that repairing it won't be worth while as it will fall out again. I would welcome any suggestions about how to permanenly fix the stone back in.
