Dear Ms Bag Lady, First of all I would like to say that I absolutely adore your blog!!! I've
been searching all over the place for the perfect make up travel bag
that doesn't cost the earth, is long enough to fit my brushes and also
has enough compartments to fit all my most used items, but haven't been
able find anything. Not even something that does cost the earth!! I
then thought I'd buy different shaped matching bags so I could use one
for brushes, one for eyeshadows, etc, but haven't found anything
either!! There's just nothing out there! I'm losing hope!! Oh, and I'd love a jewellry roll as well! Please, please, please, could you help?? I'd be very grateful! Many thanks in anticipation! Nina
Well, firstly, thanks very much for your enquiry, Nina, I've had a hunt around for you and found some absolute pearlers. For makeup bags, I just had to show you my favourite, which is by Lulu Guinness, on the left. It's a little pricey, at £50, but for a designer piece, you could almost call it an investment! Speaking of investments, another slightly expensive piece is by the English purveyors of lovely leather, Aspinal. The purple jewellery roll was my favourite, but you can choose from six other colours, for £99. If, like me, that's a little out of your price range, then why not hit eBay?
