Tortoiseshell Sunglasses: Dior vs. Marks & Spencers.

Tortie
I've been a glasses wearer for pretty much my entire life, so sunglasses have never been something I've thought about. Too blind to see without my specs and too afraid of contact lenses, for the past 21 years I have allowed an entire area of fashion to pass me by. Well, enough is enough! I decided. Time to brave contact lenses and splurge all of my wages on sunglasses, making up for lost time. I quickly decided I wanted a pair with tortoiseshell rims, and here are two different options for those who think like me. If you own a small island and can afford to splash out $349 on sunglasses, then these from Dior will suit you perfectly. If, like me, you need something a little more realistic, may I suggest these from Marks & Spencers for a much more purse-friendly £15. Oh, it's going to be a good summer...

On an even budget-y-er note (is that a word? it is now) I got a fab paid of big torties on the front cover of the July edition of The Tatler - £3.60, what a bargain!!
