Suki Smocking at Bag Boutique

I like this evening bag. It’s called Suki and it’s over at Bag Boutique. It’s £54 but has a definite vintage/faded glamour look about it. For a cheapish bag it’s got quite a lot of character to it. It’s made of antique gold-coloured silk and has some pretty smocking detailing going on. If you’re headed for a wedding or christening sometime soon (aren’t we all) this would make a nice change from all the overblown spangly bags you will see on display. [Sharon Edge]
