Holland's handbag heaven

Of course, the uber-cool Dutch would have a museum of bags and purses. What’s better still is that it has its own shop selling designer bags. At $175, this sexy little number is called Harmonica and is by designer Hincke Elgersma. Having made her name designing bags to tote musical instruments around, Hincke turned her hand to designing arm candy for more general use and she presented her first collection in 1999.
