Every day in London I see some silly female tottering around with an expensive bag over her shoulder and a poor bewildered little dog poking its head out. Paris Hilton and co, you should all be very ashamed! So when I saw Tuff Betty’s $50 Chiweewee saucy wristlette confection with poor bewildered dog on the outside, it made me chuckle.
