As I've said many times before, I try my best to feature designer bags from reputable or recommended sellers (via services like My Poupette), those with lots of positive feedback regarding authenticity, or sales that are hitting the top of eBay pulse and generating lots of interest (thus usually meaning there's something exciting about the bag in question). But I only have a short time every Friday to put this together, sometimes I get it wrong, and I take it as a given that most bag ladies like yourselves are savvy enough to check out the exact auction details yourselves before placing a bid.
My advice, as always, is to always err on the side of caution, don't take a chance, and buy from a boutique or department store if you're really desperate for that authentic bag. That is the only way to GUARANTEE you'll get the genuine article.
