Stori Handbags

Stori
I promised ages ago for some information on Stori, a gorgeous range of east-meets-west bags by Korean designer Myounghee Zo, so here goes. The bags, which have high-end retail prices of £250 and up, are made from the most amazingly tactile, quality fabrics with intricate details like laquered or carved handles and metal hardware. Zo has a serious fashion pedigree, having worked for top Korean labels in the past, and Stori already has celeb fans like Natasha Bedingfield. Read on for more...

The Autumn / Winter range from Stori includes everything from flower-encrusted frame bags to laquer-handled clutches. Tigers crawl across multi-functional bags that can be worn on the shoulder or toted by hand, and butterfly chains clasp together soft brown suede shoulder bags. Shown above are my favourites from the latest collection: 'Butterfly Bridge', 'Little Tiger Climbing' and 'Little Tiger Playing In The Forest' (£360).

You can buy the bags at the recently opened Stori boutique in London (118 1/2 Shoreditch High St), or at Liberty and Graham and Green. For international stockists, see the location map.
