Cheap Chic Beach Bag

I needed a beach bag for my holiday, but after paying for the flights, it became clear that the butterfly straw bag from Rafe New York would never be mine. So, as usual, I bought a cheap alternative instead. This gold-trimmed straw shopper from ASOS arrived today (in the biggest box imaginable) and I must say, I'm very impressed. It actually looks better than it does in the picture, it's fully-lined and it's big enough to hold flip-flops, a sarong and a copy of Vogue (no jokes about the irony of carrying Vogue in a £20 bag, please). Best of all it's so cheap I won't cry when I snag it / lose it / spill a daquiri over it.
