I've had my eye on Isabella Fiore's Paisley Tote ($385) for a long time. It's so over-the-top that it'd go with none of my clothes, but that's beside the point. Though this bag isn't going to appeal to everyone, I love excessive stuff and I always fall for the brightly coloured, eye-popping prints. In fact, I love this so much I'd happily a whole new wardrobe just so I could show it off.
Step far, far away from that graffiti bag. It's too new too be vintage, too old to be current. Put the multicoloured monogram at the back of the wardrobe and leave it to Jessica Simpson. Keep last year's blue alma for emergencies only. There are new Louis Vuitton bags in town. And it's all about denim, glitter, interesting fabrics and luxury trims. Get ready to raid those savings, because here's my top ten Louis Vuitton bags for this season...

The recently launched BOGOH brand is destined to become a favourite of mine. The collection of vintage-inspired shoppers, totes, scarves and brooches in pretty florals with handmade detailing are gorgeously unique. My top pick is the semi-circle 'shapeful shopper' bag (shown here is 'Purple Haze for £65), the perfect holiday handbag. All items are handcrafted so no two are the same.
Let me share with you a less-than-secret bit of information. I love make-up. In fact, I have three vanity cases full of it, and that's only the stuff I use. There's extra drawers stocked with the stuff I just hoard. I'm aware of the rules, that you should chuck it after 6-12 months (3 for mascara), and keep only what you use, streamline your beauty regine..all that rubbish. But I have a hard time letting go. Because of this, I've become a bit of a pro at finding make-up bags. Here's my rundown of the best, with something to suit everyone, whether you're a gloss and go girl, or a 'I won't answer the door until I've done my entire face' diva.

I've fallen in love with wicker handbags. And even though I know from past experience that they're not as practical as they seem (I wear a lot of sheer fabrics and they snag constantly), I can't help but find myself coveting the Salvatore Ferragamo wicker bag (left). But at $1,080 it's slightly out of my price range. So it's a good thing Urban Outfitters have been on the case. Their straw doctor's bag (right) is eerily similar and a much more purse-friendly $48.
The Naughty Secretary Club is one of my favourite accessory boutiques, if only for the fabulously witty descriptions that sit alongside each product. The jewellery range is a mix of pretty vintage finds, funky retro charms, and trend-themed pieces. There are also bags made from cigar boxes or old records, cute hair accessories and homewares. Stock is constantly changing, so you'll need to browse yourself for the best finds. I've got my eye on the burger hairclips...
